It was the most awful experience ever. Went in to have my dog bathed and a simple groom.. When I picked him up she had completly butchered him.. She said he was matted, so she shaved him, there were places were she completly scalped him... Well, he wasn't matted he' s a well groomed well taken care of dog... She just has no idea how to groom a dog......
